Posts Offered: Posts under Group B (e.g., Assistant Section Officer, Inspector, Sub Inspector, etc.) and Group C (e.g., Auditor, Accountant, etc.)

SSC CGL Tier-I Exam Pattern:
The Tier-I exam is a computer-based test consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 200 marks. The time duration is 60 minutes.

1. General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25 Questions (50 Marks)
2. General Awareness – 25 Questions (50 Marks)
3. Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions (50 Marks)
4. English Comprehension – 25 Questions (50 Marks)
Negative marking of 0.50 marks is applicable for each incorrect answer.
SSC CGL Tier-II Exam Pattern:
Tier-II consists of multiple papers depending on the post applied:
Paper-I: Quantitative Abilities and English Language (Compulsory for all)
Paper-II: Statistics (only for JSO)
Paper-III: General Studies (Finance & Economics) – only for Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer posts.
Each paper is conducted online and includes objective-type questions with negative marking.
